Valentine's Day!

Yes it's true ~ Christmas papers aside, it's now time to design with all the pretty colors and patterns for Valentine's Day!!  I'm so excited ~ one of my favorite holidays to create cute little projects with all the PINK I can take in!!!  These (limited) kits are available in store for just a taste of what's to come.....

Santa Baby!

Santa was very good to all of us (again) this year!!  Every year seems to go by faster and faster and the kids get bigger and bigger!!  I wonder if I can convince Mitchell to sit on Santa's knee again next year.......

I made this card for my husband ~ loved the little owl stamp set I found by Lawn Fawn.  I've been using some new brush pens and they have me addicted to coloring stamps.....

Christmas Tags

Finally got a chance to make some cute Christmas tags using the Prima Doll Stamps.  I used the new paper stack by Prima ~ North Country collection and some Santa hat stickers to create these.  I think they add a truly personal touch to any gift!!

Staff Gifts

This year for co-workers, I designed this Santa Suit around a small box of Lindor/Ghirardelli Chocolates. I think they turned out pretty cute!  Some paper, ribbon, buttons and a score board and voila, gift to go!!

More gifts

Love making gifts!!!  Here are a few things I made for the teachers, school office staff and bus driver. Hope these inspire you when thinking of gift ideas.

Hand soap pumps with a cut out pocket tag die filled with a gift card, chocolate and candy cane ~ I'm sure to get an A+ ~ lol!!

Hand sanitizer foam pumps in a hand made decorated box ~ love these little pumps!!

Gift Giving

I've been busy making a bunch of gifts for friends ~ my desk is looking like a Bazaar table!  Having so much fun designing all these special treats I know my friends will love!

These soap tags really make a simple hand soap pump look so festive. Great to give out at luncheons or open houses this holiday season.

Made up a box to fill with all the pampering items us girly girls love!!  Bath fizzes, hand sanitizer, hand cream and nail files ~ fancy!

I was super excited about this gift ~ found little wood scoops I had to have and thought they would make great "chocolate" servers!  I designed the boxes, added wood knobs to the lids and then created a tray to hold the 2 boxes filled with chocolates. Think I may have to design this again for Valentine's Day ~ super cute!!

December QuicKutz Club

December's Club Kits are ready for pick-up!

This month's project focuses around packaging.  It's that time of year and there are lots of dies that can assist you in creating the perfect packaging for your gifts or baking!  Here I used the fry box and "jazzed" it up.

Candy Cane Elf

I designed this Candy Cane Elf to make with my kids in their classrooms this week.  The teachers are thrilled with it and my kids are getting excited to make it!  I must say he did turn out pretty darn cute!  I decided to share my design and am providing Class Kits to Go of this little guy in store.  Since he kinda looks like our Elf on the Shelf, I suspect these kits to "fly of the shelf" - lol!!

The November exclusive QuicKutz Club die was perfect for my monthly recipe class.  Gotta love those food related dies!!  This die can be changed to all kinds of different pies depending on what recipe you like! I'm sure it's another one I'll use over and over again.....

I think I have "Jingle Bells" on the brain this Christmas!!  From the decor frame I made personally to designing this wood decor for a Class Kit to Go!  Kits available in store soon ~ this Wood Block Decor will be the perfect accent for any home celebrating in the Season. 

November QuicKutz Club

November QuicKutz Club kits are ready for pick-up!

This month's project focuses on the Pocket Scrap dies that are the latest dies made by Lifestyle Crafts.  With Project Life being a huge trend in scrapbooking, making it fast & easy, these dies are a perfect combination to still be able to play and create but get it done fast!!  I like the fact that you can also use these die sets as "blueprints" for cards ~ try that with them next time!!

It's not too late...

You still have time to make an Advent Calendar!  This frame is a full kit by Silhouette America and comes with a download card for 20 exclusive shapes as well as the clips. Made it up using Carta Bella ~ so this is Christmas line ~ I think it turned out super cute and I'm already thinking of changing it to Valentine's Day when Christmas is over!!  Can also be used as an everyday frame by just adding matted pictures and journal squares ~ so many possibilities!

Another card idea

Scraps of paper, a doily and a snowflake die cut completed this look!  Added twine with a button and a sentiment tag and I have another card ready to go!!

Christmas Card Inspiration

Feels like December is going by super fast!!  Do you have your Christmas Cards done??  With all the paper lines out there using 3x4 cards on a sheet of 12x12 paper, you can whip out cards pretty fast!  I used Bo Bunny ~ Elf Magic line to make these cards.  The papers were leftovers from the page kit to go I designed last week. Add some Doodlebug Sprinkles, some twine and you have some cute cards!!

Christmas Countdown

It's hard to beleive it will be December 1st on Sunday!!  Getting in the holiday spirit, I designed this countdown frame with Doodlebug Designs ~ Home for the Holidays Collection.  I used the one sheet of countdown numbers from Echo Park Paper ~ Tis' the Season to complete the look. Bracket Frame is by Kaiser Craft.

Thanksgiving Treats

I made up a bunch of these candy bar wrapper treats for co-workers and friends for Thanksgiving.  I used the envelope punch board to make the wrapper.  This awesome tool has so many different uses besides making just envelopes.  If you don't have one yet, I highly suggest putting one on your holiday list!!  Here is the link to see how to make the candy wrapper if interested.  envelope punch board ~ candy wrapper
