Today we are doing "Ghost Stamping" technique. I've never done this before and researching all about it, I found a couple of different ways you can do it. One way is to stamp your image with white ink and once dry, stamp same image over top with a color and offset just a tad so you have a white "ghost" of a shadow behind color. Another way to do this technique is to stamp your image with white ink on white paper and once dry, rub a color over the stamped image. This is the technique I tried as I just couldn't get a stamped image right doing the other technique. The technique I did actually makes a dry embossed look to me but love how it gives a whole new way to use your stamps!!
Here is a close up showing how you can see the stamped images once colored with ink. I just rubbed across the white stamped images with a sponge dauber to bring out the design.
