Jaded Blossom Monthly Challenge ~ Celebration

Happy Sunday!  Today is a new challenge with Jaded Blossom and the theme is "Celebration".  

 Here is my project:

I created this tag to go over a margarita mix which is just perfect for any celebration!!  I found this cute lime cut file, then added the party hats from the Birthday Dies.  Supersized Birthday Greetings had the perfect sentiment that I stamped on one of the Candy Wrap Dies and tied to the top of the wine tag die.
