Happy Easter!

Hello My Crafty Friends!  It's Candace from Candi O. Designs and it's my day to post over at Stamp Anniething. Since Easter is just around the corner, I wanted to make some Easter Treats.  I used Jemma - happy easter with the grass dies to put on one of the sides of the treat box.  For the second box, I used Dorothy - Have a Sweet Day, but I changed her from holding the watermelon to holding an egg.  I also used the Rabbit Ears die to make her into a Easter girl.  I used the tag die from Shaker Basics #2, inks and grass dies to make a scene tag to attach to treat box.  I think they turned out pretty cute!!

I made this Easter card by starting with Card Sketch 41 and then adding Peeking Bunny in Basket file.  Cutest little bunny!!!  I added some enamel dots to both bows on file and some on the card sketch.  Perfect Easter card!!

Digi Choosday Challenge with Polkadoodles

Hello my crafty friends!!  I'm so excited to join the Digi Choosday Design Team with Polkadoodles!!

For today's challenge project, the task was to make an Easter card and use a circle die to create a frame for the card.  I decided to make the base of my card into a circle, then added pattern papers in layers from Tatty Twinkle Easter digital craft download cut from circle die cuts.  Did you know this digital craft download is FREE?!?  Grab yours today!!  After designing my card front, I used the basket image from Tatty Twinkle Easter digital craft download, used copics to color the basket, then fussy cut out the eggs from the pattern paper to go into the basket.  I thought Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Springtime - This is no time to diet! was just too cute and added her to the card as well once I colored with copics.  The sentiment is from the Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Sentiment/Quotes Bundle.

Calendars and Gnomes

Hello my crafty friends!!  I had fun making up these two different styles of calendars.  I used the new Photoplay Collection ~ Tulla & Norbert as well as the adorable new stamp set by Simon Says Stamp ~ Spring Gnomes.  

I also used Newton's Nook ~ Designs Sky Scene Builder Dies. 

For my first calendar, I bought this wood clip frame and designed the page to be clipped up. Love how this frame can hang on a wall or be used as an easel on a desk top. 

Next calendar, I used a metal mesh basket that has magnets on the back to adhere to any metal surface like fridge, file cabinet, etc.  I created the scene and glued to the front.  Great office organizer!

Stamp Anniething March Release ~ Day #1

Welcome to the first day of Stamp Anniething's March Release!  This release is themed around "marching" with fun band characters.

Up first is Brendan with his drum.  Two fun stencils - Spotlight and two die cuts - Believe Word and Banner Dies.

I used the new stencil - Spotlight #2 to highlight Brendan.  I also used the stencil ~ Music in Me to add to the background and the music note die cuts from HB2U Music Die.  Hybrid inks used with stencils ~ Aspen Gold, Freesia and Obsidian.  Brendan ~ music to my ears stamp and outline die cut were used to finish card.  Love how it turned out!!

Pots of Gold

Hello my crafty friends!!  I made 24 of these little pot of gold treats for teachers and staff at the high school for St. Patrick's Day.  I filled the black pots with chocolate gold coins and Andes chocolates then placed pots in a clear bag.  I designed the tag, assembled the pieces and tied to bags with ribbon.  Cute little treat!!
