Digi Choosday with Polkadoodles

For today's challenge project, the theme is use something you have used lots of times with any image.  I have been making a lot of slimline cards lately so I used the cut file 3 Heart Template Download, pattern paper from Winnie Sunshine Delights, sentiment from Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Sentiments and the image is Gnome Much Love.  I made this card as an anniversary card, worked out perfect!
