Happiness is blowing bubbles.....

    Hello my Crafty Friends!!  Candace here with my post for TLC Designs.  

Today I am showing a card I made using  Happy Bloom Day & Clouds Stencil and Toga's and Bubbles Stamp Set.  I just love the bubble blowing troll - she is so cute and summer is the best time to blow bubbles!!!  I used the stencil to create the small circles in the background with some ink, looks like a bunch of bubbles!!  I love how versatile all the products from TLC Designs and work so well together!!
