Snow Cute!!

Happy New Year's Eve!! 
This is Candace from Candi O. Designs and it's my day to post over at SVG Cutting Files. Since it's snow season, I made a couple of "snowy" projects.  I just love this winter raccoon and thought he'd look super cute with a hot chocolate gift!!
