For today's challenge project, the theme is hats and scarves and no red or green color. I used the image Celebration Winnie Winter with Zodiac Paper Pack and Paper Harmony. The sentiment is from Birthday Sentiments and Greetings. I also used Stitched Circle Die to mat image on center of card.
