Note Pads

So I thought I'd make a couple of note pads to give the receptionists at my Dental Office.  They are so easy to make and with just some scrap papers and die cuts, you can make them up for anyone!

Here's how to make:

Supplies needed:
-cardstock piece cut at 3 1/2 x 7 1/2
-cardstock square piece 3 1/4 x 3 1/4
-pattern paper piece 3x3
-2 circle cardstock pieces to nest in one another
-die cut of choice
-ribbon
-post it note pad

Score cardstock piece (3 1/2 x 7 1/2) at 3 1/2 and 4.  Fold on score lines and then glue post it note inside. Mat pattern paper piece on cardstock piece. Wrap ribbon around and bow on left side. Glue to front flap. Mat circles and then add sentiment of choice to inside circle. Glue circles to right of bow.  Pop dot die cut to right of sentiment on circle.  Enjoy!!
