I got to work with this adorable Kawaii Rainbow St. Pat Hat.....isn't he the cutest?!?  I had so much fun with him that I made two projects!!!  I bought rainbow licorice which fit perfectly in the 3x10 bag, then made a cute topper.  I also bought this rainbow colored Littlest Petshop toy and added a cute tag for my daughter.
