For today's challenge project, the theme is Winter Wedding, use anything, must be elegant and make a stepper card. The pattern paper is from Theo Penguin Paper Bundle 4. The image I used is Wedding Car and copic colored the digital image. I also added snowflake die cuts with glitter enamel dots.
