Try Me Tuesday

It's Try Me Tuesday over at My Creative Time.
Today we are making a card with a window.  This can be a simple opening revealing a sentiment or image on the inside or however you want to interpret "window".  I made two cards with what I'd classify as a "window".  First card I punched stars through layers to make a "window" on front of card and then show pattern paper cut stars on the inside.  This card was fun to make ~ I maybe got a little excited with the sequins ~ lol!!
Side view to show the "star windows" a little better:
Here is the inside so you can see the pattern paper stars:

Other Products Used:
-paper: Echo Park Paper & Bella Blvd.
-Sequins & Sprinkles: Doodlebug Designs
-Ranger Archival Black Ink

Next card I did a shaker box that can be interpreted like a "window".  Think I just had fun using sequins!!!

-paper: Simple Stories
-Sequins: Doodlebug Designs
-Pearls: Mark Richards

Hope this inspired you to try this technique!!
